Booking and Payment
-Appointment Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website or by calling us directly. A valid payment method may be required to reserve an appointment.
-All payments for services are due at the time of the appointment. We accept Debit, Credit, Cash, Gift Card. We also do direct billing.
No-Show, Late, and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. However, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments impact both our clients and our service providers.
Punctuality:
-Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
Cancellations:
-Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
-No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
-Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate clients scheduled after you, and the full-service fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
-Payment of Fees: These fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. Prepayment may be required for clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
More than 2 no-shows/late cancels in a 6-month period may result in a prepayment requirement or refusal of future bookings.
Health and Safety
Health Information: We ask clients to disclose any relevant health information before receiving services. This is necessary to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatments.
Boundaries During Treatments
-Your therapist will explain how to position yourself and which areas will be treated.
-You are encouraged to communicate any discomfort, pain, or preferences during your session.
-Only the areas being worked on will be uncovered; proper draping is maintained at all times for your comfort and modesty.
Zero-Tolerance Policy/Respectful Behavior/Right to Refuse Service
At Cedar Creek Massage & Wellness, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for everyone — clients and staff alike.
-Zero Tolerance for Disrespect: Any inappropriate, sexual, aggressive, or unsafe behavior, or harassment toward our front desk team, estheticians, massage therapists, receptionists, or any other staff will result in immediate termination of the session, no refund, and potential legal action.
Out of consideration for other guests and therapists, please arrive clean and free of strong odors
Refunds
All services rendered are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Liability
